passed BSCI and BCMSN
Passed BSCI with 911.
I consider myself a moderately experienced network administrator though I mostly do security and UNIX administration--which is funny since I only have networking and Microsoft certs so far! I do routing/switching but not on a daily basis.
I thought the simulations/testlets were relatively easy but some of the multiple choice questions are ridiculously confusing. And 90 minutes is just insanely short--I used the entire 90 minutes with the last question answered with 30 seconds remaining.
I really think this is too much stuff for a single test. My brain still hurts from two weeks of intensive studying.
Update:
Passed BCMSN with a 864. Damn I'm irritated. I thought I knew switching a lot better than BSCI and so I only spent about 4 days preparing (CBT Nuggets, 2 x Cat 2950, 1 x Cat 3550, Cisco BCMSN Quick Reference Sheets, Transcender). I did pretty bad on wireless (60%) and marginal on security (71%), and voice (77%) sections. I don't know why I did so poor security. I thought I knew that stuff!
The test is easier than BSCI--but I did worse. Go figure.
On to ISCW.
