frame-relay questions for service provider

What questions do i need to ask my service provider to configure my Frame-Relay connection?

a) lmi type
b) dlci

are there anymore detials/items i need to know?

    SP's will usually fax or email you a order receipt that has all of the information you need for your frame relay. DLCI, LMI type, IP addressing if included, etc. You should get this stuff in writing for your records anyway. If you need assistance turning up your FR circuit don't be too proud to ask your SP to have an engineer help you. I used to assist frame relay installations when I worked in the SP world and there's no shame in helping someone.

    its nothing out of the ordinary like paul said to ask for help, it's better to have a good turn up for your circuit then to have problems because of a misconfiguration on your part if you're unsure.
