I passed security+ today with a 819. All I can say is WOW. I used the Sybex book and measureup.... the test covered items that both of these did not cover! Overall it was a good test....

    Congrats on the pass.

    I have yet to come across anyone who has found any one book that covered all the material on the exam. Solid score though!!
    Going for MCSE:security, Intermediate ITIL, PMP

    I didn't use the Sybex book, but I did use Syngress. A combination of the two is probably your best bet.

    I studied for about a month or so... I work with most of the covered topics, and deal with them everyweek, so that helped...

    Thanks everyone! it allways feels good when you pass! ( not so much when you fail )
