PLEASE HELP : Same email multiplied and jamming queue

I have a problem with exchange 2000, we have a email that has multiplied over 5000 times and is jamming the SMTP queue. We have a 2 server configuration a front end responsible for emails coming inside and outside the network and back end responsible for emails within the network. I tried to delete but for the SMTP queue but im unable to there is a folder with a red square on it, i can delete other emails but not these.

PLEASE HELP

Someone may have created a rule that is creating some type of mail loop.
