Server 2003 Install hangs.

Hello all,
Trying to re-install Server 2003 and install hangs at setup is starting windows. Never had this happened before. Replaced the hard drive, nothing. Bad memory perhaps? Any ideas? Thank you.

http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/ has a load of diagnostics you can run to see if you have a hardware problem. -

Bad RAM, Bad CD, Bad CDRom, Bad Hard Drive (gets half way loaded and loads some garbage?), bad capacitors on motherboard, missing a driver (my dell, for example, won't install XP on anything less than SP2 built-in)...

Found out it was my cd-rom drive. Kept rebooting it and eventually it worked. Going to replace that since I use a CD anyways to boot into Ghost.
