DVDDecrypter with DVD43. Oldies but goodies.
If you want to pay for more user-friendly software, I really like the stuff from XiliSoft. Their stuff easily pays for itself after only a few uses. -

Does that even work with Vista / Vista 64? Seems like it was written back in 2005 but no mentions of updates... -

many years ago, in the windows 2000 pro time, I used Gordian Knot (GKnot), a DVD-ripper/decrypter and DivX-encoder/AVI-creator; I really miss that days...
