I have once again went for an exam on April 07/2004. It surprised me
that after preparing so long and I did very well in the exam, I was
assuming to get 80% marks at least, but it was again 68% marks. There
must be something wrong in the software. I cannot have both times the
same marks. I have done MCSE and other Certifications and never failed in any of others exam. I only appears in the exam when I am sure that I am 100%. I am looking forward for your response and hopefully this will be a positive one.

How can customer service send such an email address which does not work. No one seems to be helping me.

I would recomend the offical study guide and offical practice questions. They are what I used and covered all the topics.
Some of the questions can be worded strange ..so useing the practice exams will help prepare you for thier language.
