AM WORKING ON THIS LAPTOP BUT THE BIOS CODE IS LOCK BUT THE USER CANT REMEMBER HIS PASSWORD IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN TROUBLE SHOOT THIS OTHER THAN OPENING THE LAPTOP AND TAKEN OUT THE CMOS BATTERY ?

    Sure, sometimes there's a jumper setting you can do instead of pulling out the CMOS battery. :P Ok, I know that's not what you were looking for, but you are indeed going to have to reset the BIOS with the CMOS battery or the jumper.

    CMOS battery is usually the easiest. I do have a few dongles that will do that, but they are usually laptop specific (well, brand and product family usually).
