Just recently passed 70-529 today! 
Exam duration: 120 minutes
Total questions: 40 items
My score: 858 / 1000 (passing score is 700)
Preparation info:
3 weeks of study using MCTS Self-Paced Training Kit + Online MSDN and Transcender exam simulator.
Difficulty:
#1 70-536 - I consider this the most difficult of the three exams that I have taken so far
#2 70-529
#3 70-528 - The easiest for me because I started out as a .NET web developer.
Next stop: 70-526

For info, this is pretty much the exact same preparation I used for my 3 exams.3 weeks of study using MCTS Self-Paced Training Kit + Online MSDN and Transcender exam simulator.
