WHY TEST CENTERS DOUBLE THE CCNA EXAM PRICES??

I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND,I HAVE TRIED TO REGISTERED IN A TEST CENTER IN MY TOWN AND THEY ACTUALLY PRICED ME THE CCNA 640-802 EXAM UP TO 400$ ALTHOUGH IT IS ADVERTISED IN THE PEARSON VUE WEBSITE AS 250$...
IS THIS NORMAL???
I WANT TO KNOW IF THE TEST CENTERS ARE SUPPOSED TO SELL THE EXAM AT THE PRICE THEY WANT OR ARE THEY LIMITED TO RESPECT THE PRICE FIXED BY THE VENDOR...???

Why don't you just schedule on vue's website rather then at the test center I don't understand why you would at the center. Also if possible I'd schedule at another center then one who's trying to jack up the prices of something.

Vue, as with any another Testing body have a Standard Pricing Scheme i believe. Should only be $250 USD wherever you register from. The FOREX may vary though !

even if i register on the vue website i will still go to the testcenter to make the exam....and concernig the forex:according to pearson vue the CCNA exam in cameroon my country cost 187 Euros and even when you convert anyhow...the exam price in our test centers here is practically the double of the officially announce prices is this regular??
is there somewhere a report can be made because this is totally disguting and dishonest...
what i am actually focusing is if they have the right to do that type of bargaining...??

I think you're missing what we're saying you sign up for the exam and pay for it all through vue. You don't pay the testing center at all only vue, now for reporting the test center I'd just call up Vue and let them know the situation.
