Hi guys,

I've been waiting a few weeks for my certification to come in the mail. Is there a place I can check the status on the delivery of my certificate?

I have not found a place yet. My cert took about 6 weeks. Hang in there it will come.

My CCENT only took two weeks to arrive. Reminder to all, the certificate has to be ordered through the Cisco website even though you passed. You have to login and request it.

Well I did login and confirmed my address and everything. So I assumed it is in the mail?

Does anyone have the URL to that section of Cisco's website?

Thanks for the reply. When looking through my profile nothing shows in "Certificates Requests - In Process".

Any idea why???? Have they not mailed it out????

Don't panic mate, it will come. I couldn't see any evidence on the Tracking website that mine had been sent out either. Took about five weeks for me to get mine.

I got a response from Cisco and it has been mailed out. They tell me to wait at least 6-8 weeks. Only after that period of time should I contact Cisco.

Check the history option in the tracking website and select 'fullfilment' from the pull down menu...

it wil show u the status of ur certificate...

they mailed mine on the 11th of june 2008 but I havent got it yet
