Recommendations for Hosted Exchange Providers?

I was just curious if anyone had any recommendations for Exchange providers. Since I'll probably be leaving here soon, I don't want to stick them with something in-house they can't manage themselves. I think they'd still benefit from a move to an Exchange environment though. Any thoughts?
