Hey guys

I am finally going for broke and buying a rack vs me using the CD holders that I have been using to space out my routers. hee hee. I know very cheesy but it worked for the time being.

I am buying the 28 U rack. very inexpensive and nice. Most I have seen on the net have been way to pricey for what I need it for. But this rack site is very nice.

I said I would post this site to help othe aspiring Cisco Engineers Enjoy!

Yeah. Quite a few people have a Skeletek rack already. They're pretty nice and you get good access to all the devices. They also do extension modules if it isn't big enough.

I had a 28u rack for my house but it was kind of depressing looking at it when only 4 units were taken up. So i ditched it and maybe I'll get a 10u :)

Yeah i have an 28U as well. Holds 2 patch panels, 2 switches, 3 dell 2550 servers, KVM, and 1 4u server (Ghost Imaging).

Basically thats my lab setup for MCSE, which also holds my switch for my home network (192.168.1.x) and lab network (172.16.0.x)

Yea, I bought from them on Ebay before they had their store up and running. I got a 24u because that was the biggest they had. I was a bit disappointed when I saw they had a bigger one, but now I'm glad I didn't get it since I wouldn't have filled it up anyway. I think I'm going to switch over to dynamips for post-CCNA studies, so I'm going to be ditching a lot of my equipment. I'll probably just keep my three 2950s, my 2511 as an access server, and add a 3550 or something. It's going to be pretty empty icon_sad.gif

I bought an older 20U rack from a local guy on craigslist .. if you live in a big city you can more than likely find one on CL.
