Sub:255.255.255.0
we need to Have for maximum 2 P.C in to sprite Network .

Could you explain your question more clearer?
DO you mean how many hosts can you get with that address scheme? or do you want to use vlsm on that subnet?
From what i understand you want to segment the address to have 2 usuable host addresses? if so user a mask of 255.255.255.252
