Downloading software from Cisco.
One of our users who works from home can no longer connect via a Cisco VPN to our network. He has Mac OS 10.5.4 and the VPN client he has is 4.9.01 which he says is incompatible with the newer OS (I'm not familiar with Macs).
I go onto the site and I can't download any software unless I'm a reseller or some other "premium" member. What do I need to do to get new software? Should he call Cisco?
