Hey guys,
Just a quick note, I'm pretty new to this whole microsoft exam world, I wanted to know how many questions are in the exam and what is the pass rate? Is it 80%, 85%? For the 70-290 exam of which I'm currently studying.
Thanks in advance
Ryan

I think they vary by exam but I think the 70-290 has 45 multiple choice/single choice questions and 5 simulations. The exams are not to be taken lightly they are not your typical test questions they are real world situations that you have to give the solution to. -

texasit Member Posts: 147yeah I've heard that if you start the exam and you answer a certain amount in a row correct like lets say the first 25 then the exam stops there and you pass.On the flip side I heard that the test is adaptive and if you keep missing questions on lets say WSUS the test will keep hitting you with WSUS questions.

That is incorrect. You answer all of them no matter what. And the test is not adaptive. It is just a set of questions out of the question pool.CERTS: VCDX #110 / VCAP-DCA #500 (v5 & 4) / VCAP-DCD #10(v5 & 4) / VCP 5 & 4 / EMCISA / MCSE 2003 / MCTS: Vista / CCNA / CCENT / Security+ / Network+ / Project+ / CIW Database Design Specialist, Professional, Associate -

I'm not sure about automatic pass after X number of questions, but I believe the older (i.e. NT4) exams were adaptive. It's no big deal; don't worry about it.
