I've searched the MS Site, and there is a link to it but it doesn't work icon_sad.gif

Anyone know if its possible to find one online?

Running vista on a virtual pc emulator is nasty, you have to basically disable everything vista has to offer... haha

Yeah apparently MS moved or removed the vhd download, just get a vista iso and install it on virtual pc and it will give you a 30 day trial before you have to change the product key then activate. I also remember reading something on the MS website where you can extend the trial twice to a max of 90 days, check into that :)
There is no place like 127.0.0.1

Vista runs fine in a VM for me. You just don't get Aero because of the low DirectX support (8.1 if I remember), but VMware Workstation 6.5 is adding support for DirectX 9 and Pixel Shader 2.0.
