laws rules and regulations for 250cc gas scooters in MA

Hi guys, ive been trying to find this info for two days now, and no luck. All i find in the MA RMV is rules and laws for 50cc and lower, but not 50cc up. If anyone can find the direct link to that info, that would be much appreciated.

I really want one of those... :D

    I don't have a link, but in most states (all 4 that I have lived in) anything over 50cc needs to be licensed and is treated just like a motorcycle.
