Exam pass not recognised
Hmmm, there seems to be a problem with Microsoft recognising my 271 exam pass the other week!
The day before my exam I rang up to see if I could take advantage of the second shot offer, the lady on the phone cancelled my booking but made it again when it was decided I couldn't use the second shot voucher as my work were paying for the exams so I had to use the voucher for that. I got another registration number, but looking at my score sheet, it shows the original registration number. The new registration number is showing on the Prometric website as a no show.
I have sent a photo to Microsoft showing the score sheet, so I hope it all works out OK - I don't want to have to do it again!
