Types of Questions on the Exam
I'm going through the MeasureUp questions included with ExamCram2 and a lot of them are multiple correct questions where the correct answer is all of them. I absolutely hate these because I sit here and try to disqualify 1 or 2 of them and it ends up being all of them.
Does the actual exam have many multiple correct answers like this? And if it does, does it at least tell you to choose 2 like the MS exams do?
Also, if anyone has gone through the Exam Cram questions, how would you rate the difficulty of these practice exams compared to the real deal?

cacharo Member Posts: 361I do not remember any questions that did not specify how many to choose. I think the general consensus is that the questions included in most of the texts are lacking. I personally use Transcender but if you look around you will find people liking measureup, selftestsoftware. and others as well.Treat people as if they were what they ought to be, and you help them become what they are capable of being.

Vogon Poet Member Posts: 291I used the ExamCram practice test book, but not the study guide (I used Sybex for that). I thought their questions were good in that they phrased the material differently and made me look at the material more thoroughly. It helps to use 2 practice tests that are different from your textbooks for that reason. However, I did find a few wrong answers. That was OK since I was knowledgeable enough to identify them as wrong.
The problem with the test is that the questions can be worded vaguely. Sometimes that means that under one set of circumstances answer A is correct. But under a different set of circumstances answer B is correct. How do you know? I always go with the answer that is most likely to be the case. So either A or B may be correct depending on your assumptions, but answer A may be the best choice since it is the problem that you are likely to see most often. No matter how paranoid you are, you're not paranoid enough. -

groveshome Member Posts: 5 ■□□□□□□□□□Thanks for the question!! I had the same question as I sit studying using both Exam Cram and Exam Cram2. Yes, there are wrong answers in these books but overall, I believe that I am learning this stuff. Exam Cram has two test (125 questions each) and the tests cover the same material, but sometimes asking the exact opposite of the previous exam.
P.s It is frustrating not knowing how many answers they are looking for!!! Lets keep studying!! -
