Couple of exam questions

in CCNA & CCENT
Talked to a guy who had taken the CCNA a year ago or so, he said that both <tab> and ? was disabled on the test. Is this really true?
Also, when asked subnetting questions which doesn't state if subnet-zero is on or off, should I assume that it is on?

nicklauscombs Member Posts: 885not sure about <tab> but ? works but all the commands you normally see on a router might not be there though the ones you need to complete the question will be
you can use the zero subnet unless it is otherwise stated in the questionWIP: IPS exam -

Got another question. Should I study SDM at all? Cisco Press doesn't mention it, but Todd Lammle uses it alot in his book. -
