Couple of exam questions

Talked to a guy who had taken the CCNA a year ago or so, he said that both <tab> and ? was disabled on the test. Is this really true?

Also, when asked subnetting questions which doesn't state if subnet-zero is on or off, should I assume that it is on?

not sure about <tab> but ? works but all the commands you normally see on a router might not be there though the ones you need to complete the question will be

you can use the zero subnet unless it is otherwise stated in the question

    Thanks for your replies :D

Got another question. Should I study SDM at all? Cisco Press doesn't mention it, but Todd Lammle uses it alot in his book.

The only thing anyone who's taken the test can tell you is to double-check the exam blueprint for topics you're unsure of. The books are written with that list of requirements in mind, but don't always cover everything, or may cover things that are "good to know", but not necessarily required for the sole purpose of the test.
