Kompozer is a good WYSIWYG editor, at least for the price

How do you like WinSCP? I use FileZilla.

I host most of my websites on *nix boxes so WinSCP just seemed like a natural choice (SSH), it is not the best FTP client otherwise. I am just getting into FileZilla and it seems pretty solid.

GVim is also a good option

Still, for WYSIWYG, I am a Dreamweaver kindof guy.
