We are running exchange 2000 and looking to upgrade to either 2003 or 2007, which one in your opinion would be easier? Also we have ISA 2000 again looking to upgrade, i am looking for feedback and any gotchas regarding to upgrading either exchange or isa. Any help would be great.

Easier to upgrade to for Exchange? 2003 technically, but why deploy the outdated version of the product?

If you go to Exchange 2007, you should upgrade ISA first.

This is such a broad topic, I can't give any better information than get someone experienced with the migrations if you have no experience.
    Good luck to all!

2000 to 2007 requires a new server installation as there is no "upgrade path"
2000 to 2003 can be just upgraded on the same server

However (and this should be the clincher):

2003 to 2007 requires a new server as 2003 requires 32 bit server OS and 2007 requires 64bit server OS.

So you might as well just upgrade straight to 2007. Saves a second project when MS retires support for exchange 2003.
