Restricting DHCP

Hey, is it possible to restrict dhcp addressing leasing to clients which are connected to the domain alone? Trying to figure out how to avoid strangers plugging in pc/laptop to network and gain connectivity just by picking ip address

Best way to avoid rogues on your network is to install a NAC soultion. Stop the threat at Layer 2 and I know some solutions that even have smart Dynamic NAC which wont allow risk ridden clients onto your network until they have been automatically audited. Very very good product which uses arp poisoning as its fundamental technology (which in fact is as old as the hills)
