    In short for both:

    You get up each morning hating your job and wishing you didn't have to go in, then you go home at night loving your job because you cut through all the crap and did some really cool stuff.

    I couldn't have said it better. I hate driving to work each morning..and thinking about all the work I have ahead of me...but once it starts, it flies by, and I help a lot of people.
