What desk do you use?

I've been thinking about upgrading my desk from the Walmart one I have now. I've been leaning towards the Ikea Fredrik formerly known as the Jerker.

I've heard a lot of good things about it.

What desk does everyone use?

Upstairs computer is on a desk from the local walmart.

Downstairs in my office is a barstool to hold my monitor and my case is on the floor with the keyboard & Mouse in my lap. Just moved :D Looking to get a new desk soon

I've always liked the 'L' desks. I find they give me the most surface area without taking up too much room (if its in the corner of a room that is)

2 Ikea "Billy" (i think) desks side by side. They could easily be mistaken for kitchen tables. Got them for the depth, surface area, and the price.

    EDIT: Its MIKAEL

Ikea Malm desk in black-brown. Unfortunately it has been discontinued. I also have a matching bedside table and dresser.

On my desk I have an Ergotron stand and 2 Acer AL2216W 22" LCD monitors.

A better question would be is anybody NOT using an IKEA product of some kind as a desk? :D

I'm not using an Ikea desk Tiersten. Basic "wood" desk from Office Max. It's much higher quality than Ikea. And by that, I mean the fiber board is more dense and it has nicer laminate icon_lol.gif

That desk would be awesome. I love the lowered middle section.

Not enough actual general desk space IMO. I need space to put routers, switches and PCs.

Those desks are nice but expensive.
Find a local woodworker and see if they'd make you a custom one :)

I didn't have much room in my bedroom for a computer desk, so I got the Whalen Omega from Sam's Club:

I've never been keen on keyboard trays, but this one is gigantic. Really a great desk for the price, and it wasn't too much trouble putting it together. The worst part was putting the glass top just perfect on top of the suction cups on the metal frame.
