SPAN/RSPAN

Is it possible to implement RSPAN across subnets? For Example:

S1-S2-S3-R1----WAN----R2-S4-S5-S6

And be able to pick up all traffic from all ports on S1-S6 and monitor them on a single port on S1.

No, not RSPAN. RSPAN is limited to switches. You can do it but not with RSPAN, it requires you to configure MPLS.
