Is it possible to implement RSPAN across subnets? For Example:
S1-S2-S3-R1----WAN----R2-S4-S5-S6
And be able to pick up all traffic from all ports on S1-S6 and monitor them on a single port on S1.

No, not RSPAN. RSPAN is limited to switches. You can do it but not with RSPAN, it requires you to configure MPLS.The only easy day was yesterday!
