I am currently a senior at Pitt majoring in Information Science. However, I am really interested in IT. I purchased an A+ exam study guide and lab book and am preparing to take the exam. Should I take the exam without having any real work experience in the IT field? Any advice from the voice of experience on when to take the exams or the best way to approach a tech career would be helpful. :)
