Resume critique

Please look over my resume and help me sharpen this up a little. I realize the PROFICIENCIES section lists a lot, but I wasn't sure what to cut down. I figured I could just use the main ones mentioned for any posted position and discard the others. The formatting is off slightly in this text format (the dots are not in the actual resume in the TECHNICAL SKILLS/BROAD-BASED SKILLS section)

I don't think you need to open your resume with a job title. Just start with your contact info and go straight to the summary.

The summary section needs a lot of work IMO. I don't have any specifics for you, but it just doesn't read well and doesn't really grab the readers attention. I'd redo the whole thing.

I'd combine the technical skills and proficiencies into one section and put it after the summary.
The broad skills you can leave off IMO and just work those into your work experience section.

In the experience section I would use a bullet format with your major accomplishments. Try to use quantifiable bullets to show how you helped the company with revenue and proficiency. All the one liners you have do not really give an insight to what you really did and how it helped the organization.

You should combine the education and certification into one section as well. I'd just put something along the lines of currently pursuing Bachelours in blah from blah school and not list every school you have earned a credit from.
An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made.
