If you have a Technet subscription, you can do Server 2008 x64 with Hyper-V! Plus you get access to just about every other piece of software Microsoft has to offer for lab purposes only of course!

    Update:

I have server 03 installed on one virual machine and i installed vista on the second virtual machine. im trying to get vista to join the domain on ther server but i get a dns error. it says it cannot find the DC because of dns. but it prompts me for a username and pw to join it to the domain, and my main pc can join it just fine on xp pro. any ideas?
