Win 2003 NAT server setup in VMware server not working

Guys,

can u tell me which network card option to use in vmware server
for the vmware-client to be completely isolated from the physical systems network.
Reson i am asking is because i have a setup with in vmware server with a DC and a few client and
i am trying to add a additonal server in the Vm which will have the Nat service
running on it ... requirement for Nat .. 2 nics 1 connected to the public network and one connected
to the internal network ... so the external nic is bridged to my physical network and the 2nd nic is
bridged to vmnet1-
nic 1(public) can connect to the internet on the nat server
the 2nd nic receives a static-ip from the dhcp server that is running in vm ..
but my clients that run in vm cant connect to the internet through the NAT svr

i have run the nat setup several times and i know what goes into it ..
the thing that is digging me is about these 2 nics ... of how they should be setup in VM

Physical machine - Vista physical nic: 192.168.0.10
VM NAT (Public) Nic -> Vista Host: 192.168.0.11
<---bridged NICs--->
VM Nats Internal Nic(virtual nic) - 10.0.0.5
Vm clients in the range of - 10.0.0.x

to make life easier i was wondering shall i just add another nic to the system
bridge 1 of them to the physical network and the other one to the internal network

any further help aprreciated guys
