Query Based Distribution groups

Hi,
I've a problem with a live system - Server 2003 Domain with Exchange 2003.
I've had query-based distribution groups setup for a while and the queries are based on say the DEPARTMENT field.
e.g. Anyone in Sales dept will have "Sales" in the department tab of their Active Directory Account.
Is there any way of querying multiple fields?
say SALES and MANAGEMENT
Maybe there a way to separate entries:
e.g. SALES;MANAGEMENT;FIRST AID
Failing this, i will have to revert to standard mail-enable groups.
Any ideas appreciated.

Thanks for the reply but it seems my wording of the question was a bit confusing.
Suppose I have two separate query based distribution groups called Sales and Management.
The query is based on the department tab of the user's AD account as searches "is exactly" Sales and likewise for Management.
Suppose a user belongs to both groups. If the department field of the user's account is populated with SalesManagement the exactly condition is not met and does not work for either query based distibution group.
Can you see what I mean harry ?
