video performance problem

I just wanted to see if any hardcore gamers or IT pros could help solve my video performance problem.

I ran a performance test on my computer at www.pcpitstop.com
and it told me that I had poor video card performance compared to other computers using the same graphics card. I then downloaded 3dMark03 and they also confirmed poor video card performance. My BIOS, video driver, and chipset drivers are all upto date. I tried tweaking some various setting in the CMOS setup, but no luck. Here are the specs of my machine if any one has any advice I'd greatly appreciate it.

Via P4PB 400 Motherboard
Intel P4 2.66 GHz CPU
512 MB PC2700 RAM
128 MB Nvidia GeForce Ti 4200 video card

Your video card could be tweaked. Try using Powerstrip. You can get it at download.com. Just be careful, it can kill your card too, so use small increments. I used to have the same card, it was good, but now a days, there's so much better. It really depends on what you need the card to do. If you're looking for gaming, you should get a new card, maybe an ATI 256mb. May be expensive, but worth it!
