Question about Resume Input

So I am in the military and I am looking at separating early next year. I've begun working on my resume and I had some general questions regarding my education. Do/How would I list my Navy IT schools? Also, I've been to several civilian courses, most recently those for MCSE, they are listed on the companies website as:

Managing a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment

Would I list all these classes, there is going to be a total of 8 and do I put the company's name were I attended the training on my resume?

Just ran across this post, always a pleasure to help out a shipmate! I always submit my SMART transcript along with my resume that shows all my A and C schools. I'm about to post my resume for a potential transfer here in this forum, titled "Resume help for potential 3x salary bump", check it out and take from it as you wish, feel free to ask any questions! I just got out a year ago, so have been down the same road you are on.
