Sorry man, I'm not familiar with ISA. I'll give your thread a bump though. That way, when someone more knowledgeable comes along and helps you out, I'll feel like I contributed something ;)

    A couple questions:

Does this just happen for you or is it happening for other users as well?
Do you have Integrated Windows Authentication enabled on the ISA server?
Is the ISA server a domain member or is it standalone?
Is the user account and computer you're logging in on both members of the domain?

Okay just wanted to make sure. ;)

The obvious question, when did it stop working and what was changed just before then? And is this 2004 (with SP1, etc?) or 2006?

ISA 2004, after investigating the issues, it started after effected users changed their domain password

Did you install SP1, it has numerous fixes for authentication problems (fixes for using the firewall client in combination with WPAD auto-discovery, etc). Not saying it would fix your problem, just curious if you have it in or not...

For ISA 2004, I would hope he installed SP3... icon_wink.gif
    Good luck to all!

We see this at work at lot, make sure to delete any cached passwords from IE and also go to 'User Accounts' in control panel, click on Advanced and then click on Manage Passwords, make sure the proxy server is not listed there, if it is, remove it Regards,
