Help Desk Job

Hello,
I am starting to look for a job as a Help Desk Support in London and wonder where to start. Could you suggest some websites or say where is best to start?
Thanks you,

hi there, by far the best site I use is
    www.jobserve.com

certainly the biggest for uk jobs and I know its growing strong in Oz

there are others such as monster and the it job board, but imo jobserve does the best for me...
if I say something that can be taken one of two ways and one of them offends, I usually mean the other one :-)

Jobserve and cwjobs are the best 2 imo although jobserve has the most jobs imo. You usually find both boards post many of the same jobs anyway.

Yeah definitely agree. I get daily emails from both and find the same jobs listed across both but do happen across a few only on cwjobs and a few only on jobserve icon_lol.gif

I used Reed.co.uk last year to get my first IT job.

I used to apply for jobs in the "1st line support/helpdesk", "desktop support" and "other IT and telecoms" categories. You will have to register to see these subcategories I think.

Use keywords like MCP MCSA to narrow it down if necessary.

Unfortunately, 293 will not make you an MCSA. He still needs an elective, which he'll get with 236.
