When i press Alt, ctrl n del keys,of my pc it displays "Task Manager is disabled by your Administrator".......plz tell me how to enable it.

This is almost always a result of spyware if it's not explicitly setup by you or a systems administrator. You can change that registry entry, and it will be set right back to the way it was almost instantly. Check out Spybot or Ad Aware to clean your system up. When I dealt with this, none of those would clean it up, and I had to go through one hell of a manual removal process. Normally, I'd just reinstall, but it was for a coworker who didn't have the installation disc, and I didn't have any XP Home media.
