adding new mailboxes in outlook 2007
HI Guys, hope someone can help me out with this one.
I have a client that has outlook 2007 on her machine, she has two mailboxes, one of which she is unable to expand, simply gets message "cannot expand file". But she is able to open that mailbox by going to file>open and selecting it. I tried to remove it and add it again, that perticular one doesnt expand from the Navigation pane. Does anyone know what could be causeing this.
