I did redid my resume last night to add my newly acquired CCNA cert icon_thumright.gif and also because i never get any call backs for any helpdesk/desktop entry level type jobs. I want to know from the experienced how it looks. The format is a little off but its somewhat the same.

My goal was to make it simple to read with a quick scan because from what i hear HR just scan things.

    imo its a little bit thin on the ground, I appreciate you've only got a year's real world experience, but I would expand on your areas on understanding more, just to fill it out.

    I appreciate what your saying in terms of HR just scanning it, but further up the chain I want to see a little more flesh on there.....
    if I say something that can be taken one of two ways and one of them offends, I usually mean the other one :-)
