Vlan traffic

in CCNA & CCENT
when you connect a vlanswitch devided into 3 vlans to a router, is it possible to deny and allow access to a different vlan without an accesslist?

You can use an access-list to restrict traffic between VLANs, there is no "deny traffic without an access-list" - if there is no access list the default it to allow all traffic.The only easy day was yesterday!
