I think the Jang book is going to be the closest you're going to get.

The first couple chapters I wasn't impressed with but then it really digs in and gets good once you're past installing the RHCE. I would definitely give it a recommendation.

Looks like a good choice then ...

I won't go for the exam any time soon anyway... This is year I first finish up my MCITP: EA and next year then RHCE ...

Although I won't go for the course .. I am working in a hosting company and install / administrate RedHat boxes on daily basis for several years now so I would be probably bored half of the time

The other half should be easy enough to learn using books and plenty of labs (ie creating config without my notes lol ) .....
