VOIP hardware Question

I am looking at expanding my knowledge and would like to setup a home Cisco VOIP setup with two phones. Can anyone tell me a little about what i need to accomplish this. Looking at getting two cisco and whatever hardware i need.

Currently I have the following cisco hardware:

Cisco Router 2610
Cisco Router 2620
Cisco Switch 2924
Cisco Switch 2924.
Server 2003 Enterprise Edition Running AD,DHCP,DNS


Any help is appreciated
