After taking the MCSA 2003 certificate is it necessary to write all the exams for the MCSE 2003 certification?

    I'm not entirely sure what you mean, but yes, there are several other exams that you are required to pass after the MCSA to be awarded the MCSE status.

    Look at the requirements page on the Microsoft website for a breakdown of the MCSA/MCSE exam paths.
