6513 ios upgrade help

I am not to familiar with the 6500 series. We are trying to update the ios on our 720 sup blades and we only have 64mb internal flash. We need minium 75 to do this upgrade. I really no nothing about external flash. Can someone lead me to a product that i would be looking to buy. We need (2) 256mb cards. How much does this usually cost and is one brand better than others
