my question is DBD is exchange only if you have point to point and with DR and DROTHER every 30 minutes ?

DBD is part of the adjacency process and lsa are refreshed every 30 min. When you look into the ospf database those are the DBD when you do sh ip ospf database router those are the complete lsa for type 1

if your network type broadcast every 30 minutes every router will advertise whole database to their neighbor or just will send DR whole database to DROTHER

only to the DR/BDR they only maintain 2 way to DRother
