Something like MPLS Fundamentals should be enough of an extra-read for the MPLS topics. (MPLS and VPN Architectures and the following Volume II are both excellent, but may be overkill for this exam.) For general security topics, there are two books I keep getting told are excellent: Network Security Technologies and Solutions and Cisco Router Firewall Security. I haven't read either just yet, so I can't comment on how good they actually are. There's also some VPN topics, and Cisco's got plenty in their security-series, like The Complete Cisco VPN Configuration Guide .
And that's just the tip of the iceberg. There's plenty of material out there on all the topics covered in this exam, (especially by Cisco, they love those super-thick books). Start with the cert-guide and the lab manual, then figure out if you want to pick up additional reading for areas you'd like to learn more about or feel like you need some extra help on. I'm currently pondering if I should start down the road to BSCI, and I'm keeping myself busy with some related reading while I decide.
