602 and Mike Meyer's Passport

Ok, I just passed essentials today with a 735 after reading Mike Meyer's passport (3rd edition) in one week. The book says it can be used for 601 and 602 but it doesn't really differentiate between what part of the book is covering which test. For those of you who used this book and passed both tests, did you just study the whole book and not pay attention to which objectives it covered or did you use the All in one and go over the 602 objectives? Please help, I take 602 next week.

Well I had one book for each of the exams with the course I did, both were pretty much the same except one covered more of: assisting customers, communication safety etc, alot of common sense involved you should be fine.
