I am lucky to find forum that provide this help to anyone and encourage him to pass the exam

Anyway i am reading all the topics for this exam

But i would like to advice me

1-How to prepare for the exam after studying the material?
2-Are there any sites that help passing this exam" somebody adviced me to solve **** exams before entering the exam "
3-Is there any free website that hosting these exams?

That is all

I am now reviewing the material again, hope to pass it at the end of this month

You've come to the wrong place if you're asking specifically about braindumps. It's cheating and you'll risk losing all your certs, plus you won't learn anything and only end up hurting yourself, amongst other things. Do yourself a favour, stay away from them and learn the material properly and watch your career fly.

I'd recommend using www.certguard.com to check your website resources.

Use the MS Press books for the 290, I'd also suggest CBT Nuggets if you can afford them and a respected testing software vendor such as Transcender.
