I passed the icnd2 today.
Got a 972.. Higher score then I got on the icnd1.
Materials studied:
Cisco ICND2 Book by Wendell.
GNS3
Home Lab & Production switches/routers at work.
So I want to move on to the CCNP, and I see 4 tests to study for. Which one should I start with? The BSCI is at the top of the list at the cisco web site, so I'm assuming this is the first of the 4 tests.. Or does the order not matter?

The order of the CCNP exams isn't set in stone, and Cisco allows you take them as you wish. However, it's highly recommended that you do BSCI and BCMSN before ONT and ISCW, since those two exams build on the routing and switching knowledge you build in the first two exams.
As for training material, I'm going to get on my usual soap-box here.
The CCNP Official Exam Certification Library is the recommended set of books for these exams. There are lab-guides for BSCI, BCMSN, ONT, and ISCW, in addition to Nuggets training videos covering each exam. There are also lots of other titles available from Cisco Press that relate to the topics covered on these exams. For example, I'm reading Routing TCP/IP Volume I (Second Edition) to supplement my routing-studies. For BCMSN topics, there's a great switching book called Cisco LAN Switching. Basically, you can go beyond "just the exam topics" and read up on the wider subjects included in each exam. And no, I'm not just pulling titles off the CCIE book list, but it's not a bad place to go for extra guidance.

Thanks for the info. My work has the CCIE material you mentioned, however our CCNP library is the 3rd Edition, so I''ll be ordering the updated version from Amazon. I've started reading the Routing TCP/IP Volume 1. It goes a lot deeper into the fundamentals of IP then the ICND1/2, which I think is really important when moving into more advanced topics.
