Troubles purchasing off Cisco Press

Hey all,
Almost finished my CCNP and wanted to purchase my CCIP\CCIE Written books....
But I've had nothing but trouble pushing CC purchases through the site.... keeps coming up with errors.... Anyone else having problems????
I've purchased with the same CC many times from Cisco Press before.... seems really odd...
Their support hasn't returned my calls or emails either

Just go to half.com or amazon. they always have better prices than Cisco Press anyway.CCNP | CCIP | CCDP | CCNA, CCDA
